CPC's focus on Professional Plans is in keeping with the National Asociation of Early Childhood Education, "Individual professional development plans require and support individuals taking responsibility for mapping their own professional development and career pathway.

The CPC PROFESSIONAL GROWTH e- Learning Site will be the hub for resources and opportunities for each CPC employee to continue to develop and grow their professional knowledge and skill.
